DASHCASA Warranty & After-Sale Policy
Introduction
To ensure the optimal utility, longevity, and care of your DASHCASA furniture, we provide the
following Warranty and Maintenance Guidelines. Please review this policy in its entirety to
understand the proper usage, cleaning, and handling protocols for our products, thereby
preserving your rights under the limited warranty.
Materials and Sustainability Commitment
DASHCASA is deeply committed to sustainable and responsible manufacturing practices. All
constituent materials—including, but not limited to, solid wood, plywood, particle board,
fiberboard, laminboard, glass, metal, aluminum, leather, fabrics, and applied finishes—are
selected for their durability, environmental compliance, and minimal formaldehyde
emissions. Our production processes prioritize the efficient reuse of manufacturing offcuts
and limit the application of solvents in finishes to significantly reduce our environmental
impact.
Cleaning and Maintenance Guidelines
Proper care is essential to maintain the integrity and appearance of your DASHCASA product.

Fabrics &
Microfibers
Vacuum gently using a soft brush attachment. Removable covers are
recommended for professional dry cleaning only. In the event of a stain,
conduct a spot test on an inconspicuous area first. For complex stains
(e.g., ink, paint, strongly-colored liquids), seek immediate professional
advice.
Leather
Protect from direct sunlight exposure and maintain a minimum distance of
50 cm from any heat source. Maintain room humidity levels between
50–60%. Clean solely with a damp cloth or a mild "savon de Marseille"
soap; strictly avoid harsh detergents or solvents unless specifically
provided within a certified DASHCASA leather care kit. Use the supplied
protective cream and corrector pen for routine maintenance and minor
blemishes.
Wood,
Veneer, and
Laminates
Dust regularly with a soft cloth. Wipe surfaces with a soft cloth slightly
dampened with soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaners or materials
that may compromise the surface finish.Glass
Use a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaning products. Do not use
metal objects or abrasive scouring pads to dislodge spots or foreign
matter.
Enamel &
Varnish
Clean gently with diluted, neutral household cleaners. Avoid rubbing
vigorously, as this action may exacerbate or induce surface scratches.
Corian and
Anodized
Aluminum
Clean with an appropriate, non-abrasive polish or standard window
cleaning products. Avoid abrasive cleaners and metallic tools.
Doors &
Drawers
Hinges and glides are designed to be adjustable in all three dimensions.
Allow the furniture item to settle in its final location for 2–3 weeks
post-assembly before making any final adjustment to alignment.
Transportation & Repositioning
● Never drag furniture items across flooring, especially those with feet, adjustable legs, or
castors.
● For relocation over long distances, the furniture must be completely disassembled
according to the original instructions.
● Do not lift or carry the item by its mechanisms, handles, or projecting parts.
Wall Mounting
Any wall-mounted unit must be installed by a qualified, professional installer who strictly
adheres to the product-specific instructions and evaluates the load-bearing capacity of the
mounting surface. DASHCASA is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation.
📜 Limited Warranty
DASHCASA warrants, subject to the exclusions specified herein, that each furniture item is
free from material defects in workmanship and materials for the following periods,
commencing from the original retail purchase date:

This Limited Warranty extends solely to the original purchaser and any subsequent owner for
the remainder of the applicable warranty term. It covers all constituent components of the
item.
In the event of a covered defect in workmanship or materials, DASHCASA, at its sole
discretion, shall either repair or replace the defective item, or refund the retail purchase
price (exclusive of taxes and shipping charges). Any remedy provided under this section shall
be completed within ninety (90) days of the item's receipt at the designated dealer location.
Exclusions
This Limited Warranty explicitly does not cover:
1. Damage or degradation to natural materials such as wicker, rattan, hemp, or similar
fibers.
2. Natural or unavoidable changes in appearance, including but not limited to, fading, color
variation, or color matching discrepancies caused by exposure to natural or artificial
light sources (e.g., sunlight) or environmental factors.
3. Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper handling, abuse, alteration, or
failure to comply with the stipulated Cleaning and Maintenance Guidelines.
4. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including pilling, softening of cushions,
scratching, or stretching of surface materials over time.
5. Defects in items sold "as-is," floor samples, or clearance items.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim:
1. Contact the authorized DASHCASA dealer from whom the item was originally purchased
and obtain specific return instructions.
2. Ship the item, at your own risk and expense, to the dealer's designated location. The
claimant bears full responsibility for ensuring safe transit.
3. For any further inquiries or assistance, contact your local authorized DASHCASA dealer.
